I am a mother, a wife, an energy healer, a medium and intuitive, a spiritual director and a creative writer, artist, quilter and lover of all things wool and sewing.  I am forever a seeker and early in life my spiritual experiences came from the natural world growing up in the woods of northwest Connecticut.  The religion of my parents was creativity and I was surrounded by art and music throughout my childhood.  In college I majored in art history, which was as much a study of religious history as art for me.  These beginning influences helped keep me open to the subtle world of Spirit and energy and to lead me to all the teachers, classes, skills and experiences my soul needed.

My journey as a healer formally began over 25 years ago, when I was living and teaching English in Japan and began seeing auras around my students.  I had been reading tarot cards for friends for years and was always sensitive and open to the energy and messages from the world of Spirit.  But, this was different and so began my path into Reiki and energy healing. Before and since then I also explored many types of healing and meditation, yoga and spiritual practices that have enhanced my understanding that I am simply the vessel for the healing energy.  This is the same for Intuitive readings and the messages I receive from Angels, Divine Masters, guides and deceased loved ones.  It is all in service to healing.  I feel what needs to be heard will always be what is said, and that each path is a sacred journey full of wisdom and connection to a higher purpose. In all my work I trust my guides and the light of Spirit to lead the way. I am humbled to bear witness and hold space for people as they look deeper into their own spiritual journey and seek healing so they can navigate life with connection to Spirit.
